That looks SO good! Thanks for getting this horse a-ridin' again. I think I can figure out the poached egg, salsa, etc. but I'm clueless on the polenta round. Is that made from scratch? Store bought?
I'm now totally hungry. Thanks. Thanks a lot. Serves me right for not working and playing on the internet though.
joe: the polenta is just your standard shop bought polenta (scarpone's, available everywhere I think). Polenta is very easy to make, but the store bought variety is delicious and reasonably priced, and the perfect diameter for topping with a poached egg.
kathy: I say yes, but Mandy said no. She's a very understanding woman but has her limits I've discovered. Maybe if we all moved to Utah.
here's the deal: pretty much every sunday morning mandy and i get up late and cook a delicious sunday morning breakfast with loads of coffee, crosswords and pyjama wearing.
these are the sunday mornings of our lives.
what's your own favourite sunday morning breakfast?
