bacon cradled baked eggs with jarlsberg cheeselooks great on a plate when serving to friends coming over for a sunday morning breakfast. essentially the same as the bacon cradles i made a few weekends ago, except with the addition of a little jarlsberg grated over the eggs for the last few minutes of baking
